Bully Reporting

Information:

As required by ORC 3313.666, twice a year, school districts are required to provide the president of the board of education with a written summary of all reported harassment, intimidation and bullying incidents, as well as post the written summary on the district website. 
 
Bullying can be defined as a person being  "exposed, repeatedly and over time, to negative actions on the part of one or more other persons, and having difficulty defending himself or herself."

22-23 School Year Summary:

During the first semester of the 2022-23 school year there were a total of 4 incidents of harassment, bullying, intimidation at Anthony Wayne.
  1. There was 1 incident where a student attempted to intimidate another student by issuing a threat, which required disciplinary action.
  2. There were 2 separate incidents where a student harassed another student that required disciplinary action.
  3. There was 1 incident of bullying where a student continually was 'making fun' and attempting to embarrass another student in front of peers, which required disciplinary action.

During the second semester of the 2022-23 school year there were a total of 5 incidents of harassment, bullying, intimidation at Anthony Wayne.

  1. 1 incident where a student acted in a threatening manner toward other students, which required disciplinary action.
  2. 2 separate incidents where a student harassed another student that required disciplinary action.
  3. 2 incidents of bullying where a specific student was continually 'making fun' of another student in front of peers, which required disciplinary action.
